‘Boundless Herbal Medicine – Belt and Road Initiative Exhibition of the Achievements of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Schools' (Direct translation)

From 16 to 28 February 2025, the exhibition‘Boundless Herbal Medicine – Belt and Road Initiative Exhibition of the Achievements of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Schools' (direct translation), organised by the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Pharmacists Association and co-organised by the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi), officially opened today (16 February). The exhibition aims to popularise Chinese medicine culture among the public, showcase the development achievements of countries along the Belt and Road in the field of Chinese medicine, and also display the achievements of students from participating schools, promoting innovation and international exchange in traditional medicine.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition invited authoritative experts in the industry to share the current development and future trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the countries along the Belt and Road. Secondary school students participating in the project were also invited to talk about their experiences of learning traditional Chinese medicine.

In addition, there were Chinese medicine culture workshops on site, including making Chinese medicine twisty flowers, Chinese medicine bookmark specimens and pouches with your own hands, so that the public could experience the charm of Chinese medicine culture.
