After more than a year of preparation, the book 《中醫藥食療手冊2 揀靚料‧煲靚湯 選名方‧煮藥膳》was published!
Our center team led the Chinese medicinal pharmacy students of THEi to collect relevant information. Each student selected 10 commonly used Chinese medicines in Hong Kong market as research topic for Final Year Project (FYP), and conducted research and analysis on quality and specifications.
This book hopes to provide professional and practical reference for the public when using traditional Chinese medicine~
